Mental
Health
Mental
health is important for a happy, balanced life.
However, mental illness is very common in the UK.
In fact, experts claim one in four people suffer from
mental illness at some point in their life.
Unfortunately, those who are affected often experience
unfair treatment by others. This is normally due
to ignorance and prejudice.
This section
of the Bodyzone will increase your knowledge of
mental health and some of the medical conditions which
affect it.
